You may apply for a Turkey Family Visa if you are:

The sponsor (family member in Turkey) must meet certain financial and legal requirements to support your stay.
From the applicant (family member abroad):
Passport (valid at least 6 months beyond intended stay)
Completed visa application form
Recent passport-size photographs
Marriage certificate (for spouse)
Birth certificate (for children)
Proof of family relationship (translated and attested, if necessary)
Proof of accommodation in Turkey
Health insurance covering your stay
Police clearance certificate (for adult applicants)
From the sponsor in Turkey:
Valid residence permit or Turkish citizenship ID
Proof of income (must meet at least 1/3 of the minimum wage per family member)
Address registration document from Turkish civil registry
